ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE






ALL SERVICES

If you cancel your appointment before the day of your appointment, you will lose your deposit. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE (You forfeit your money). No exceptions.

If you cancel, reschedule or do not show up on the day of your appointment, you will lose your deposit and a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service will be automatically charged. No exceptions

If you come to your appointment sick or with an infection, then the studio has the right to cancel your appointment and you will be subjected to the standard cancellation fees.



PERMANENT MAKEUP

If you reschedule PRIOR to 7 days before your appointment we will offer you one ‘grace’ rescheduling. If you reschedule beyond the first time, you will be charged $50 each time.

If you reschedule WITHIN 7 days of your appointment you will be charged a $50 fee.

If you reschedule your appointment, you must notify us via email and we will schedule a conversation within one business day. Please be prepared with an exact date and time for the new schedule. We will only hold your deposit for a maximum of 14 business days. You will lose your deposit beyond that. No exceptions.



NON-PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICY (Tinting, Shaping, Henna, Lifting, Lamination)

If you reschedule PRIOR to 48 hours before your appointment you are entitled to one free rescheduling. You must notify us by email at least 48 hours in advance.

If you reschedule beyond the first time, another deposit will be required for you to reschedule your appointment.

If you reschedule your appointment, you must give us an exact date and time for the new schedule. We will only hold your deposit for a maximum of 2 business days. You will lose your deposit beyond that. No exceptions.

If you reschedule WITHIN 48 hours of your appointment you will lose your initial deposit and will be charged another deposit fee.
